Integrately: what it is, how it works & who it's for

No-code app integration tool built around ready-made, one-click automations

Updated · Pricing checked October 2026

What is Integrately?

Integrately is a no-code integration platform that connects business apps through ready-made automations you can switch on in a few clicks. Instead of starting every workflow from a blank canvas, you search for the apps you use and pick from a library of prebuilt automations, such as adding new Shopify customers to a Mailchimp list. The platform supports more than 1,500 apps across CRM, email, ecommerce, forms and project management.

The product is aimed at small businesses and non-technical users who want Zapier-style automation at a lower monthly cost. Integrately is made by CompanyHub, the team behind a CRM product of the same name. Plans are priced by the number of tasks you run each month, and paid tiers add webhooks, faster update checks, conditional branching and account management.

How does Integrately work?

  1. Pick your apps

Search for the two or more tools you want to connect. Integrately shows the ready-made automations that already exist for that combination.

  2. Choose an automation

Select a prebuilt workflow, or build your own with a trigger and one or more actions if nothing fits.

  3. Connect your accounts

Sign in to each app so Integrately can read and write data. Its SmartConnect feature tries to handle much of this connection setup for you.

  4. Turn it on

Activate the automation. It checks for new data on a schedule that ranges from every 15 minutes on the free plan to every 2 minutes on higher plans.

Integrately key features

One-click automations

A large library of prebuilt workflows for popular app pairs, so common tasks can be set up without designing logic yourself.

Multi-step workflows

Chain several actions after a single trigger, for example creating a CRM contact, sending a Slack alert and adding a row to Google Sheets.

Conditional branching

If/else logic on paid plans lets one workflow take different paths depending on the incoming data.

Webhooks

From the Starter plan, you can send and receive webhooks to connect tools that are not in the app library.

Custom automation help

Integrately says its team will build custom automations for users at no extra charge, which helps people who are not comfortable configuring steps.

Live chat support

Paid plans include live chat, and the Growth and Business plans add a dedicated account manager.

Embeddable integrations

SaaS companies can embed Integrately automations on their own site or list their app as a partner.

Integrately FAQ

Is Integrately free?

Integrately has a free plan with 100 tasks per month and a 15-minute update interval. It supports single-step automations but leaves out webhooks and if/else branching. Paid plans start with Starter at $19.99 per month billed annually, which raises the limit to 2,000 tasks and adds webhooks and live chat support.

What is Integrately used for?

Integrately is used to move data between business apps automatically. Typical uses include adding form leads to a CRM, syncing ecommerce orders to a spreadsheet, subscribing new customers to an email list and posting team alerts in Slack. It replaces repetitive copy-and-paste work with workflows that run in the background.

Is Integrately good for beginners?

Yes. It is one of the more beginner-friendly automation tools because most users start from a ready-made automation rather than building logic from scratch. Setup usually means picking the apps, choosing a workflow and connecting accounts. Its support team will also build custom automations for users who get stuck.

Integrately vs Zapier: what's the difference?

Both connect apps with trigger-and-action workflows. Zapier supports far more apps, has AI agents, tables and forms, and is more widely adopted. Integrately focuses on one-click prebuilt automations and lower prices per task, which makes it appealing to small businesses that mainly need standard app-to-app connections on a tighter budget.

Does Integrately integrate with Shopify?

Yes. Shopify is one of the ecommerce apps Integrately supports, along with WooCommerce and BigCommerce. You can use it to send new Shopify orders or customers to tools such as Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or a CRM without writing code.
