What is Hubilo?

Hubilo is a virtual event and webinar platform that Brandlive acquired in September 2025, and its website now redirects to Virtual PRO, Brandlive's enterprise platform for virtual and hybrid events. The current product is built for conference producers and corporate event teams running multi-session, multi-day events with branded registration, HD streaming and attendee engagement tools. Former Hubilo customers are supported by the Brandlive team.

Brandlive is based in Portland, Oregon, and kept Hubilo's research and development team in Bengaluru, India, to build AI tools for video production, analytics, personalization and highlight clips. Pricing is annual and based on admin seats, starting at $15,000 a year, which places it firmly in the enterprise segment. Customers book a demo to get started.

How does Hubilo work?

  1. Build the event

Set up registration pages, session agendas, speakers, sponsors and booths with single sign-on and calendar holds for attendees. Unlimited events are included on every plan.

  2. Produce sessions

Run speakers through the Greenroom backstage, or book Brandlive production staff for run-of-show support. Pre-recorded segments can be mixed with live sessions.

  3. Engage the audience

Attendees use Q&A, polls, quizzes, leaderboards, breakouts and networking rooms, with multilingual captions.

  4. Sync and analyze

Engagement data flows to HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo in real time, and dashboards rank leads by activity. Post-event reports summarize attendance and engagement for each session.

Hubilo FAQ

What happened to Hubilo?

Brandlive, a Portland-based video platform, acquired Hubilo in September 2025. The hubilo.com domain now redirects to Virtual PRO, an enterprise virtual and hybrid event platform operated by Brandlive. Hubilo's former CEO became a general manager, and its Bengaluru team works on AI tools for the combined company. Speakers can be prepared in the Greenroom before going live.

Is Hubilo free?

No. The current product, Virtual PRO, has no free plan or advertised free trial. Pricing is annual and based on admin seats, starting at $15,000 a year for one admin and events of up to 1,000 attendees. Larger tiers and production services cost more, and buyers book a demo to start. There is no self-serve sign-up for the current product.

What is Hubilo used for?

Hubilo, now offered as Virtual PRO, is used for virtual and hybrid conferences, multi-day summits, customer events and corporate gatherings. It covers registration, live streaming, sponsor booths, networking and lead analytics, with optional production help from Brandlive staff. Customers named on the site include Amazon and Cognizant.

Hubilo vs Airmeet: what's the difference?

Both platforms serve virtual and hybrid events. Airmeet offers a self-serve webinar plan from $199 a month and strong networking tools. Hubilo is now Brandlive's Virtual PRO, an enterprise platform priced from $15,000 a year with production services. Smaller teams tend to fit Airmeet, while large conference teams may prefer Virtual PRO.

Does Hubilo integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. Virtual PRO, the platform that replaced Hubilo's website, lists real-time CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo. Attendee activity such as session views and booth visits can flow into these systems so sales and marketing teams can follow up. These connections help event teams prove pipeline impact after each conference.
