Updated · Pricing checked October 2026

What is Airmeet?

Airmeet is a webinar and virtual event platform that lets teams run live, simulive and on-demand webinars as well as virtual, hybrid and in-person events. Attendees join from a browser or mobile app and can chat, vote in polls, ask questions and network in lounges, speed networking sessions and exhibitor booths. Registration pages, ticketing, replays and attendee analytics are built in. It serves demand generation, internal communications, HR and learning teams.

Around the core event product, Airmeet has added several AI and video tools. AirGenie produces session summaries, blog posts and social posts from event content, while Airshots cuts recordings into short clips. Airstudio handles streaming and recording, with multi-channel live streaming. Pricing starts with a self-serve Premium Webinars plan, while larger event plans and managed services are quoted.

How does Airmeet work?

  1. Create the event

Pick a webinar or event format, set the agenda and sessions, and build a branded landing and registration page.

  2. Promote and register

Share the page, sell tickets if needed and sync registrants to your CRM, such as HubSpot.

  3. Run the live session

Speakers present from the backstage while attendees chat, vote, react and join networking or booth areas.

  4. Publish replays

Recordings become instant replays and on-demand content for people who missed the live session. Attendees can watch on the web or through the mobile apps.

  5. Analyze and repurpose

Review attendee analytics and use AirGenie and Airshots to turn sessions into summaries, posts and clips.

Airmeet FAQ

Is Airmeet free?

Airmeet does not list a permanent free plan. The self-serve Premium Webinars plan costs $199 a month, or $167 a month on yearly billing. A free trial is offered for the Events plan, but the pricing page does not state its length, so confirm the terms when signing up. Hosts can also stream sessions to other channels from Airstudio.

What is Airmeet used for?

Teams use Airmeet to host webinars, virtual conferences, hybrid events, town halls, job fairs, sales kickoffs and training sessions. Its networking lounges, booths and engagement tools make it popular for events where attendees need to interact, not just watch a presenter. Associations, education, healthcare and nonprofit teams are among its users.

Does Airmeet integrate with HubSpot?

Yes. Airmeet integrates with HubSpot and can show HubSpot deal data when hosts hover over attendees during an event. The company says it connects with more than 50 apps, and CRM integrations are included from the Premium Webinars plan.

Airmeet vs Hubilo: what's the difference?

Both serve virtual and hybrid events for business teams. Airmeet offers a published self-serve webinar plan and strong networking tools. Hubilo was acquired by Brandlive in 2025 and its site now points to Virtual PRO, an enterprise event platform priced from $15,000 a year. Smaller teams usually find Airmeet easier to start with.

Is Airmeet good for beginners?

Airmeet is approachable for marketers running their first webinars, since templates and registration pages come built in and attendees join without downloads. Larger multi-track events take more setup, which is why Airmeet sells managed services and assigns customer success managers on higher plans.
