What is Yotpo?
Yotpo is an ecommerce marketing platform that helps online brands collect product reviews and user-generated content and run loyalty and referral programs. It works with Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and WooCommerce, and it is used by direct-to-consumer brands that want more social proof on product pages and more repeat customers.
Yotpo is now organized around three products: Reviews and UGC, Yotpo Loyalty (loyalty and referrals) and Discover, which tracks how products appear in AI engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The former Yotpo SMS & Email product was retired at the end of 2025, with Attentive named as the main migration partner. Review request reminders by email and SMS remain part of the Reviews product, and Yotpo Loyalty can feed rewards data into outside messaging tools.
